COEUR d?ALENE ? Ken Howard made another stand for property taxrelief at Wednesday?s meeting of the North Idaho College Board ofTrustees.
His request was shot down again.
Howard asked his fellow board members to reconsider their Maydecision to raise property taxes by 2 percent, since the collegehas since received $1.8 million in unanticipated revenue from thestate.
